Jacob M. Mercier is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Kentucky. Jacob graduated from the University of Louisville in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and holds a Certificate in Residential Real Estate in addition to his designation as a Realtor®. Joining Property Mgmt of Louisville in early 2010 as the Sales & Marketing Director, Jacob brings 8 years experience coordinating and managing programs in the areas of community building and development, marketing, education, and self-empowerment initiatives. He plans to pursue a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Community Development with a focus on the growth and revitalization of our urban neighborhoods. As an active member in the vibrant Louisville community, Jacob is involved with the Old Louisville Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, various community committees, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Waterfront Organization. The combination of his experience, education, and passion for the Louisville region enables him to provide his customers with professional, knowledgeable, and relevant Real Estate services.
