Is a Licensed Real Estate Broker is the states of Kentucky and Indiana. He has been in the real estate/sales/ finance industry for 13 years and owns a large portfolio of rental units in the greater Louisville area. Brian spent his first 6 years in the workforce at Lehman Brothers in New York, followed by working at First Residential Mortgage in Louisville, KY where he headed up the Secondary Marketing Department. In 2005 Brian started up Property Mgmt of Louisville.

He graduated from Central Michigan University in 1998 where he played basketball on a full scholarship and graduated with a degree in Marketing and Logistics. He plans to pursue a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Community Development with a focus on the growth and revitalization of our urban neighborhoods. As an active member in the vibrant Louisville community, Jacob is involved with the Old Louisville Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, various community committees, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Waterfront Organization.
